Re: Cycle Timing Bug ?...
Only the Suite 2 interfaces will be compatible with Suite 2. That's the SUITE2-FC and the SUITE2-FC+. We offer upgrades to the SUITE2-FC and will be offering upgrades to the SUITE2-EC when it is released towards the end of next year.

Re: Issue Creating a Scene...
This is happening because when you create a new scene "as you see now". It will cycle through each switch and copy the values to a new scene, if it sees a preset a second time, it will just ignore it. Yes this is a bug with creating scenes with HTP. For now try using LTP or modify the over...

Re: Cycle Timing Bug ?...
Hi
Yes this appears to be a bug. It has been fixed in the new Suite 2 due for release next summer. The cycle window will also have a timeline view. I've forwarded the bug onto the developers and they may fix this in Suite 1. For now, just read the time before.

Re: STICK Controller
The STICK works in page priority ABCDE. So if you have A as your global page, it will override everything else, if you put your global page on E, all your individual page settings will override the global page. The reason this all looks fine when testing with the Live tab on ESAPRO is because this w...

Re: Wher can I find Easy Console Tool
There is no link directly from Sunlite Suite. The application can be found within the Sunlite root directory (usually c:\sl2006\EasyConsole.exe)

Re: Easy View Problem
Hi I've moved this to a new thread to prevent confusion from the old problem. Please don't submit your serial number on here unless you want someone from China to copy your interface. So if I understand correctly, you have a DMX desk, it is connected to Easy View 2006 as a stand-alone visualiser (no...

Re: STICK Microphone
No audio update as yet. It turns out that some hardware modifications have been required. A STICK with a serial number of atleast 1500 will now be required for the audio feature. If this is not the case with yours, they will replace it for free.

Re: speed difference betwen STICK and PC
We sorted a similar problem last week. Try downloading the latest ESAPro beta, then download the hardware tools patch here: http://www.nicolaudie.com/tutorials/support/ESAPRO%20firmware%20Nov19.zip Extract and copy it into the ESAPro directory, open it up and update the firmware. Hopefully this shou...

Re: Problem with Sonlite 1024EC on 64-bit machine
Yes that's correct. The HP software which accompanies the hardware is actually designed in 32 bit even though the hardware only supports 64...from what I've heard. It could be a good idea to consider the SUITE2-FC option as this will support the new sunlite suite 2 when it is released next year in a...

Re: Time trigger SLESA U5
Correct. Try programming a short show with 1 min instead of 18h for testing. What I think is that the repetition box re-starts the scene within the given start/stop time e.e I set repetition to 0h10m It would restart every 10 min?

Re: Problem with Sonlite 1024EC on 64-bit machine
We are currently developing the SIUDI 8 interface which will be 64bit compatible and will replace the SIUDI 5 for the Sunlite Economy Class range, however this won't be available for several months. Can it be all that hard to force the driver to access the 32-bit subsystem in Windows? I've forwarded...

Re: time clock, live and show transfers
Hi Jaxon Firstly, make sure you are using the latest software version and the latest firmware version. The firmware can be updated using the Hardware Tools application which can be found in the ESAPRO root directory. 1. Does it have an internal time clock? The periods of time that i program onto are...

Hi Bill
Sorry for the 2 1/2 month late response, looks like your post got lost in the depths of the rarely used SIUDI hardware forums. Did you find a solution to your problem?

Re: Problem with Sonlite 1024EC on 64-bit machine
The 1024EC is not compatible with 64 bit. Although the 512 BC is lower down in the product range, the hardware used for the 512 BC (SIUDI 6) was designed after the hardware used for the 1024 interfaces (SIUDI 5). This is why the 512 BC has the ability to support 64 bit. For more information on the S...
