dmx in : not stable (but flashing)

ciao!!!!
i try to control some scene or fader with my new esxternal mixing consolle.. i have connect it to the dmx in in the sunbox.. but when i try to control live (with the switch procedure).. or simply when i try to make a new scene or switch the signal of dmx in is dirty and flashing..
in the page...
in the output windows if i select dmx in signal i can see that when i put the fader 100% the signal is flashing and i can see other channel flashing... like an interference...

i have try to connect my external consolle direct to dimmer and it works good.. so i think it's a problem of the box or of the software...
how i can i solve it???

hi.. i'm glad i'm not the only one that have this problem... so now we can think that it's not a problem with ours consolle but a problem of hardware or software... i'm using a proel plbr12...

or probably it's the kind of cable... because i use simple xrl cable.. i haven't 120ohm DMX cable... this is very important.. do you use DMX 120 OHM cable??? we could try with a DMX 120ohm cable... let meknow if you can try!!!

Are you using the last version available from our website? If yes, open the _global.ini file and change le line LOADFIRMWARE=YES by LOADFIRMWARE=NO

I made the change to LOADFIRMWARE=NO and it did make it a lot better but it still flickers a little bit. Enough to where I wont use it in a live show, but it did help. Any more settings that can be changed?
