USB Dongle not working with Beta

USB Dongle not working with Beta
When I open the Beta version of the program, my dongle won't go from "A01" to "PL" for me to be able to use it. It is completely unresponsive when this happens. Any ideas? Thanks

If this is the latest beta, try to update the firmware by opening tools.exe. If it still doesn't work, send me a screenshot of the first tab of tools.exe
