Error code XHL 12 and XHL 44

Hi I recently buy an interface used and the interface didn´t after that I realize the problem was the firmeware update when I try to update to the new firmware recieve the error code XHL 12, then when I tried to reset to factory recieve the error XHL 44.......can someone help me to fix this....?
