On the 4 DMX channels on the color strips,, each one has multiple values for multiple functions, ie. one channel may control chase rate from value 1-175 the from 175-255 it may be for flash rate.
How can i put a rotary on the button to reflect these values?
I have setup switches for various type of chases with the colorstrips but am unable to control the speed due to various values for various functions one channel.
Thanks Guys!

Re: Colorstrips, new question
Make a switch for each of the 2 properties
Assign the dimmer min max funcion
Tick the small min checkbox to set the minimum value to the first value of the function, then uncheck the min checkbox to set the max value to the maximum value of the function
Add a dimmer dial to the switch and away you go...(hopefully)

Re: Colorstrips, new question
ok. it works, sort of. I am not worried about intensity just the rate of the chases and flashes. I did what you said and it works but i have to use the dimmer function and not the speed in the settings box of the switch.
It does take a minute or so to figure out the min max function but after a few times you get it and I like it too! this is quite helpful with certain movers we use as there is a DMX value to reset the fixture.using min max will make so there is no accidental reset during the night.
Thanks Again...you guys are the best!
