The manual of sunluite2 describes something about the interface port.
But what's not clear to me, first of all, can I just shortcut any pin with the ground pin ( right picture on page 89 of the manual ).
Secondly, what is the use of this? Is it to select a preset in stand alone mode?
And third, on page 89 you have the 2 pictures, one schematic with the diodes left, and the right with the buttons directly attached to the ports. Both schematics are external? And what is the difference in using them.

you can trigger saved cues in the interface in standalone mode.
if you use they with the diodesyou can attach much more buttons than with the diodes

Hi, sorry but I dont see any schematics or images of diodes here. The only diagram I see on this page is a picture of the rear ports showing which pin related to which port number. A table is below which shows demonstrates binary addressing.
