Fader Question

Post by MarkoftheWild »

In S1 there were slider fader you could use to control speed, dimming etc..In S2 it is now a rotary fader. They both work fine but do you think that there may be an option in the future for the slider fader to be used. We use a touch screen to operate S2 and the rotary faders while they still work they are very hard to control with the touch screen. The sliders were much easier to change speed and such.

I know that this is probably cosmetic but hopeful that there may be a choice to use both in the future, or perhaps maybe an option to make the rotary larger so it would be easier to control with a touch screen.

Just a thought.

Thank You

We are going to integrate a feature where a large fader appears when you click one of the dials

Hi mrock87,

this feature is in the current Beta Version of Suite 2 (5th May).
You can download it from the nicolaudie homepage and take a look.
But keep in mind it´s a Beta Version and should not be used in critical live environments.
