Hmm

-Are you using the latest ver? (30 dec)
-Which fixtures?
-You can't see the XY buttons at all, no scroll bar appears and they disappear off the side of the screen?

I didn't know you were using an external XY window list.

As Gernot said, make the dialog wider by dragging the bottom right corner.

I would never use this type of compression for this amount of fixtures, I would either use..

A. The external XY window icon compression
B. I would set up a new XY page layer and use either the icon compression or no compression at all

See the "Arranging Buttons" video tutorial (in the programming sub menu) for more info on compression and page layers.
