Channel number 16 is not working, my buttons are supposed to be outputting at 35% on channels 1-16. Yet the output bar at the bottom of the screen says only 1-15 are outputting a signal. What could be the problem?

There might be something that is sending 0 to this channel.

Nope, I made sure all the switches and scenes were off and sent a signal from the master page, still nothing

Can you try with the Easy Stand Alone software? What is your interface S/N?

I don't have the stand alone, it's the yellow box. Where would I go about finding the s/n?

The S/N is located on a little label on the board.

there are two labels, sl1024ec and 562179397 siudi 5c

You can use the Easy Stand Alone software even if your interface is not stand alone version, I just want you to check to see if the same problem happens.

Nope it works fine on there, I will try to redo the page and see if that helps
