Suite 2 - controller not recognized in Suite, Tools OK

Hi,

We're installing our new lights and controllers in a new room and decided to uninstall and upgrade to the latest version as we wanted to start fresh.
Downloaded Suite 2 from the website, installed (along with the drivers) and launced the application. Application works great and launches, but doesn't seem to
find the USB controller (SIUDI-6c). Windows recognizes it successfully on all USB ports. The Suite 2 hardware tools finds it as well and reads the serial number and firmware version.

How/What am I missing to get the Suite 2 to see the controller? In the tools application, all lights are correct in the Suite2, the Green light will not appear.
Setting the interface manually in Suite 2 via Software prefs doesn't work either.

The SIUDI6C is not a Suite 2 controller. You need to use Sunlite Suite 1 with this or upgrade the controller. Upgrade information is available here:
