Magic 3D Easy View and Art-Net

hello
I have one question
I use for light control software MADRIX and wanted to use the software Magic 3D Easy View
for visualization through Art-Net, but I can see only transmission the first universe first data byte
(one channel), the other not be accepted software Magic 3D Easy View.
how it can be solved?

do you have a Magic 3D Easy View USB interface connected?
can you send a screenshot of your DMX universe settings?

I have the same Problem, i want juse Chamsys with artnet , but the visualisier dont receive the Artnet Data from Chamsys. Whats wrong ?

check with the latest version, we corrected some art-net issues a few weeks ago
If it's still not working, check with an art-net tester to be sure you're receiving art-net from the desk

It doesn´t work, i can only receive artnet on the first channel.

can you send me a screenshot of the universe settings inside easyview with the list of devices
