Well I was told that windows 7 & 8 are 64bit Os's buy email from this company. I have installed XP and this box still does not recognized. In device manager it has the yellow arrow icon. I do my research before posting. I know it is not 64bit compatible. I left it unplugged during installation. I tired to run tools.exe and it is not discovered. It does show up in the device manager as unknown device, and I cannot get it to recognize the drivers. I even extracted the fiels out of the...
