Re: use for cycles
Ok, I created a "demo" cycle for each light we are showing at the Expo. You said cycles are basically like cues. That makes sence. The one thing I can't figure out and need help on is how to put all these cycles in order on the master page so that they fire off one by one in sequential ord...

Re: Init scene does not work in Cycles
After almost an hour of trying over and over again, I realized you have to quickly double click the Init switch to get it to turn everything off. It now works, but there is another question which arose. I grabbed the Init switch and moved it closer to the beginning to turn the light off sooner and a...

Init scene does not work in Cycles
I am programming several cycles to demo our lights one by one. I am able to make the cycle, but at the end of the cycle, I add the Init scene in order to turn all functions of the light off (beam,\movement, etc.) before the cycle for the net light begins. Upon playback, everything works as it should...

Re: Easy Show problem with MPG file
Nevermind, found a little tick box called "Enable Timeline" in the video box on the timeline.

Easy Show problem with MPG file
last year I briefly played with Easyshow on the June 2012 Beta by loading an mpg file and throwing some fixture switches on the timeline and it worked. Now I'm using the same exact mpg file on another laptop running the June 2013 version of Sunlite suite 2 and it won't play the file. When I hit play...

Re: Scanlibrary importing Gobo image
Ok, I resized the JPEG file of one of my lights Gobos. The icon files in the ScanLibrary are 24 X 24 pixels, I couldn't get mine to 24 X 24 but was able to scale them down to 24 X 32 which I assume is close enough. I saved as 2 separate files, one was a JPEG and thew other was a BMP. When to the gob...

Copy switch/Scene Questoin
Can you copy a scene or switch from one computer to another computer that has a different show on it? I have one laptop with some fixture switches and scenes from an old show and another laptop with the current show I'm working on for the upcoming DJ Expo in Atlantic City, NJ next week. Problem is t...

Fixture scanlibrary/sunlite suite 2 profile question
I just created a profile for our new 200 watt LED moving head. It has all the usual controls and features of most moving heads (2 gobo wheels, color wheel, zoom, focus, gobo shake, rotation prizm, etc.). The profile works perfectly except for the controls for the gobo wheel rotation. This fixture ha...

Re: How to add additional fixtures to an existing page?
I think I figured it out but one thing is not right. When I go to the fixtures page, I can see that there are indeed 6 bars now, but bars 1 thru 4 show as "Quad moving beam bar 1, Quad moving beam bar 2, etc., but the 2 I just added are not numbered. They just say "Quad moving beam bar&quo...

How to add additional fixtures to an existing page?
I have a show file from a show I did last year where one of the fixture pages has 4 LED moving beam bars. I'm making a new show but want to use this page again because it has many many switches and scenes I spent days programming and I don't want to start from scratch. I was able to import the page ...

Re: Scanlibrary importing Gobo image
I found them in Scanlibrary/icon. Under properties, the file type says iconm. I'm assuming the software will convert to whatever it needs when it imports it. I also see the size of the icon files is 24 X 24 pixels. I converted one of my gobo images that was 2000 X 2000 pixels roughly to a bmp file o...

Re: Rect Question
I did watch and read those tutorials before. They didn't give any indication though that the easytime is disabled in basic mode. Then again there is so much this software does and so many adjustments I guess the manual would be bigger and more confusing if every scenario was explained, so thanks aga...

Re: Scanlibrary importing Gobo image
Where are the ScanLibrary gobo files stored, I can't find them? I am about to convert my jpeg gobo files to bmp as you suggested but need to know the size the bmp image should be as my jpeg files are 3072 X 2304 pixels.

Re: Rect Question
Thanks, that was the problem Simple fix but caused me hours of frustration because I didn't know. Is that mentioned in the manual or video tutorials?

Re: Rect Question
I grouped my fixtures ( I guess in basic positioning mode) but then as the video tutorial suggested, I created a new scene and went right to the channel window to drag the Easytime tool onto the fADERS but the tool was greyed out as well. The easy step, dimmers and on off buttons I could access. Onl...
