Re: Cycle - Button activation
Hi Harry,
> When I click on another cycle button, the old one should be deactivated.
In Suite 2 you only needed to left click a cycle to open it in the Cycle editor.
In Suite 3 you need to CTRL + left click to open it.
Does this solve the problem?
Kind Regards,
Nick.

Re: Connect Sunlite artnet interface to WYSIWYG visualizer
Hi Marco, I think we spoke via support ticket and we solved this for you. The problem seemed to be that you could not assign DMX universes to Artnet Universes unless DMX fixtures were first patched into those inverses in Suite 2/3 patch window first. This has caught out a few people, even myself. Ki...

Re: 8F Prism...Possible?
Hi Gerardo,
Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
Currently 6FC and 8FC prisms presets don't exist in our Scan Library tools or 3D visualiser software. I have added a feature request to our developers so that this can be considered for future versions.
Kind Regards,
Nick.

Hi Tom, I am very sorry to hear about this issue. The time trigger issue isn't something I have heard of. Re: DE3 Remote Access
Hi Tom, Unfortunately it's not possible for any of our apps or software to control our dmx interfaces over the internet yet. We are working on a cloud based system which will allow remote control via a web browser with some of our interfaces, including the DE3. We expect this to be available later t...

Re: UE7 Slow down the Show Effect
Hi Wilson, This is a known problem with some time triggered scenes. There is a solution. Re: Random USB disconnection
Hi Gigfy, We have seen this behaviour in tests in the Nicolaudie office. I would recommend downgrading to firmware 0.06 or firmware 0.07 to solve this problem. We are working to resolve this. Firmware 0.06 is included in the HardwareManager of the current official version (at the time of writing) of...

Hello,
Yes, this is still in development, with a release scheduled for 2020. I can't really talk about it, but it will be more than 3 universes :)
Kind Regards,
Nick.

Re: Conversion software
Hi there,
EVS is a proprietary format with no conversion software available. What you can do is convert simple 3D models in to .X (Direct X format) and import these into Easy View 3D.
Kind Regards,
Nick.

Re: DMX from RJ45
Hi Brett, The Power+DMX RJ45 port on the Stick-DE3 should always transmit DMX as long as the show on the SD card is programmed to do this. Check U2 onthe patch grid in ESA2 or ESA Pro. To make it easier for customers to complete the wiring, we can provide an RJ2BLOCK which provides an easy way to co...
