If I have a calendar event happening can I press a different look for a period and then manually/automatically return to the calendar scene?

What happens to calendar events when there is a leap year or daylight savings time begins/ends?

Is there a pdf version of the manual?

I am using the most recent version and need to know what happens to calendar events when there is a leap year or daylight savings time changes?
