May I get the source purchase information for the pluggable terminal block for the S.T.I.C.K. controller? I would like to purchase some spares. Manufacturer and part number would be adequate.
Thank You.

How do you transfer scenes with mini SD card?
I noticed that a mini SD to standard SD adapter is included in every S.T.I.C.K. kit. How do you properly transfer scenes from computer to memory card so it may be used with S.T.I.C.K. controller?

SLESA Hardware Operating Specifications
Sirs,
I need to recommend mounting locations for your product.
Would you please specify Storage Temperature Range, Operating Temperature Range, and Relative Humidity Range for your SLESA Boxes?
(I could not find it in any literature)
Thank You,

Programming Multiple SLESA USB Units
Sirs, Quite often I load the same show file into several Stand Alone Units. When I do this I have to re-start the Easy Stand Alone software to establish the USB connection to each new SLESA I connect. Is there a way to establish a USB connection without re-starting the programming software? Thank You,

*.avi movie recording in full version of 3D Visualizer
Sir,
Thank You,
I understand now that I have a limited version of the 3D visualizer running inside of Easy Stand Alone programmer.
My question is now how do I upgrade the 3D visualizer inside of the Easy Stand Alone programming software to a full version?

Importing and Exporting a scene
Sirs,
I have a similar problem as Alite Events in the "Beta" post. I want to take scenes from several shows and combine them into a new show but the only option for "Save As" is a *.dlm extension.
I want to be able to save scenes and then import them as I wish.
Thank You,

How do you make a *.avi movie in Demo Mode?
I am designing a simple application with Easy Stand Alone in Demo Mode of RGB lighting with linear fixtures. I would like to record my light show as an *.avi movie and send it to customers and sales people. My version of Easy View will not allow me to record a movie of my show. What do I need to try?
