What do you mean I have to upgrade???

Could you explain why exactly we HAVE TO upgrade??

I originally paid $1k a few years ago for a PCI card that has dmx in and out. I was told by you that NONE of the new software works with it.
So now I have $1000 sitting on a shelf since it is a huge pain to use the old software when you are used to the newest version.

Now you are telling me that ALL 4 of my USB boxes CANNOT ever be used with a newer version of the software???

I am really trying to understand this. But I am having a real hard time.

I have been a user for about 9-10 years now. A big advocate for Sunlight from the beginning.

Please Bruno, Help me understand here.
