2000 works, 2002 doesn't [on the same box] - why?

Hello,

I posted before about how the club where I work is running 2000 on a small light show here. Well I downloaded 2002 and the associated help file and the DAS-OCX [or whatever it is]. I put them on my laptop and they seemed to work so I went ahead and installed them on the computer in the club.

Result: nothing.

well, the program starts, builds it's pages etc, but doesn't seem to talk to the lights. No lights come on or move. I've set the same light channels as on the 2000 program which works fine, but if I try to use the 2002 program I get no results.

Can anyone tell me why 2000 would work but 2002 won't - - on exactly the same computer and interface?

Hello,

The USB driver is probably not installed on your computer. USB interfaces work with both 2000 and 2002 softwares.
