Override Fade-Times? (Switch on/off fade)

Post by machtl »

HI,

is it possible to global override the fade-times of a scene?

For example:
I make 10 scenes with PAR lights and assign 10 hotkeys
to do a small live rock-n-roll show. if the music-title is a fast one, i
would like to switch between these scenes with fade-time 0s.
But, if the music-title is slow, i would like to general fade with (for example) 2s between the scenes.
Is there a Button to general Turn on/off fading between scenes?
I think thats an important thing, because most of the applications
are controlled in live-mode and ....

Or, a general % fade for all fade-times in the scenes? -> 0% would be a switch between the scenes. 100% would be a fade with the stored parameters (Time before fade in, Time of fade in, Time before fade out, Time of Fade Out) with the feature to overide with a specific value?

Thanks

ciao
martin

master speed for page

Post by johanspijker »

When you select: page settings- display settings- live toolbar page
you will get an master speed and master dimmer for this page !
This can be controlled with an fader of an external dmx panel if you have a dmx input module, or you can control it manualy in the software

Hope this helps

I had this function in the new version of 29 mars 2005, in the page toolbar I had a new button to enable/disable scene fade.
