I would like to tell to whom it may concern:

Roberto is one of you finest employees. From day 1 that I have called him, he has never given me anything but great support. He has not had every answer right when I asked him, but has made a great effort to get it to make as quick as he could. Most of the time when someone says let me find out and I will call you back, you can't count on it. Roberto always calls me back. If fact, if he misses my call, he calls me back to find out what I needed.

Great employees make Great companies.

Good job on picking this one.
