NJD Chroma

DMX is
1 no used
2 dimmer
3 colour
4 shutter

I can not set up the shutter to be on or off , i can only have an option for off and strobe . HELP!

type was set up as 'other'

Also can I make my own gobo patterns?

Full DMX spec is:-
Channel 1 not used

Channel 2 Dimmer

Channel 3 Colours
0-31 Magenta
32-63 Yellow
64-95 Cyan
96-127 Pink
128-159 Green
160-191 Red
192-223 Blue
224-255 White

Channel 4 Shutter
0 = lamp off
1-223 = normal operation
224 -255 = blackout shutter

I cannot mange to get the shutter to work properly as the only option i get to choose from are shutter off and strobe.

There is nothing to do for shutter open...if the shutter is not closed and not strobing...it should be open...so leave the preset without any effect and just an OPEN icon.
