I have the same problem with my Acer Aspire 1703SC.
I uninstalled everything and cleaning the register files. Then i installed the latest version of sunlite 2006 + 3D easy view 2006 (21/02/2006).
When i try to open the simple objects editor or when i try to add objects (trilite truss) in 3D easy view, the message "could not load mesh from the specified file" appears en the 3D easy view window close.
Is there someone who can help me ?[/img]

It seems that some of our 3D objects are not supported by few graphic cards. That's why you get the message "could not load mesh from the specified file". The crash is fixed on the last 2006 version but you will always get the message (try to download). You can work with your G-Card but you won't be able to import all the objects.
