I'm looking for help with following problem I've got:
When I set up my stage with high end studio spots, the lights of all fixtures are on, even when my connected DMX Controller send 00 percent on the intensity channel.
There's also no DMX value shown in the magic 3D DMX table. The option "DMX in " in the scenes menu is on. Even when I press emty, the lights are on.
Maybe you can send me some problem solving help for this problem. Yes, I want to use the HES Studio Spot
