SIUDI 5A Not recognized in windows 8 x86

I do my research before posting. I know it is not 64bit compatible. I left it unplugged during installation. I tired to run tools.exe and it is not discovered. It does show up in the device manager as unknown device, and I cannot get it to recognize the drivers. I even extracted the fiels out of the .exe file including the inf and it does not use them. Can you please advise another alternative to get this setup working? thanks!

Hello, we don't have Windows 8 drivers for the 32 bit interfaces

Well I was told that windows 7 & 8 are 64bit Os's buy email from this company. I have installed XP and this box still does not recognized. In device manager it has the yellow arrow icon. I installed the software first, then plugged in the box. I ran the tools.exe app and it does not see it either. I also did the "about" tab and it is not seen either.

A few things to try:
-Download the latest software and re-install
-Different USB socket
-Different computer
If the interface is still not detected on a different computer, it could be faulty. Send me an e-mail and I will send you some information on our returns policy.
