Did not work 4 INPUT PORTS, it works only +/-

Hi,

I have a problem with SIUDI 6A.
It did not work any INPUT ports with Vdd contact, it works only “+” & “-“ buttons with Vdd on Port5 and Port6 connections.
I am writing created program to memory with assigned PORTS to scenes and after when I reading it from memory – I getting another assigned PORTS to scenes or sometimes I getting none PORT assigned.

I need to use 4 pots from SIUDI 6A.
What I am doing wrong what INPUT PORTS did not work???
