Windows xp does not recognize driver

Hello. I have been using Sunlite for years and recently my pc crashed. After getting it back up and running, I installed the sunlite software and when it finds my box (after connecting usb), it can't find the correct drivers.

I have loaded sunlite 2002, 2004 and 2006 and the drivers still aren't correct. On my box, the red light is flashing fast and yellow is solid. The green is periodically flashing.

Everytime I unplug the box and plug it back in, it pops up the new hardware found dialogue and prompts me to load drivers.

Even when I start Sunlite, it says not interface is found.

Please help.

The Sunlite box I have is the yellow one with one dmx output and two buttons on top.

is your interface detected from tools.exe?
are you using a 32 or 64 bit version of Windows XP
