Copying Cycles

Is there a way to copy just the cycles from one saved show to another? I have several cycles created with 30 to 50 steps each and it would take a long time to recreate them again.

There is no way to copy something from one show to another one. But you can open a show, copy the cycle file(*.cyc) from the light data folder, open your new show and paste it in the right pages.
