some problems with hotkeys and saving shows

Greetings, nicolaudie team! I've been successfully using sunlite 2048EC for already 6 years, it's indeed a great piece of hardware.
But, after reinstalling winxp sp2, I've discovered some problems.
First: newly placed keyboard shortcuts won't save after I restart the program. Case and language insensitive. When I try to change those, which were set a month before - they also start to dissapear after restart. Bummer. :-(
Second issue: shows don't save on HD. Absolutely. More than that, if I rewrite existing shows - they dissapear from hard disc! I was shocked with that fact, coz now, in case of reinstalling software, I won't be able to load my shows, with all those fixtures and stuff, because they don't exist anymore! :-(
So, I beg for help.
P.s. Version of software is of ***** 21 2008 (I can't see first digits because of a glitch)
