Pre sales questions

Post by luceses »

Good day. I recently downloaded the demo of Suite and I want to know a few things before I decide to purchase:

1. According to the Overview page, the Basic Class allows midi triggering does this include both Note (controller CC, PG,etc.) and Clock(MTC-MMC)?

2. Is the 3D viewer more limited in the Basic Class than the 3D viewer that is in the demo?

3.Is the Compu version by Elation the same as the Sunlite Suite?

4. Is there a return policy incase of technical problems?

These are all I can think of right now. Thanks for the help.

One other question,

In your opinion(s) is the #D viewer in the Basic Class a pretty good representation of how lights look in the "real" world?

Thanks again.

This is not a big deal, but can I use the show I have programmed using the demo version? In other words,in order to learn the software I have programmed an imaginary show, but I used ideas that I would use if I did own Sunlite and since I have a "show" programmed it might save some time to just be able to connect the dmx box and rock! I am only planning on purchasing the 512 Basic version.

Just curious.

Thanks,
