SUNLITE INTERFACE DOESN't WORK. PLEASE HELP ME

Dear Sunlite users


1.- After the installation of software sunlite suite 2006, the Sunlite "Green" unit is showing 01 with red, yellow and green lights. The grenn light is blinking slowly.

2.- The unit turned OF when i tried to start the SUNLITE suite 2006 "Jul 21 2008 version": the message shows Hardware: There was no DMX interface detected. The software will start in DEMO mode


3.- Tool for USB-DMX interfaces - May 3 2012 version,
Interface----- SIUDI-5A Firmware 1.36 Serial Number 293753153 Product Code:0
Firmware : Upload firmware successful
Test : I connected 1 fixture and it works perfect, all DMX channels is working fine


Close Tool.exe then the Sunlite unit turned OF, the red and yellow is still on.

I have tried to reinstall the software and drivers many times without any success. downloaded the latest Sunlite Suite 2006 and newest drivers won't solved the problem.

Can you please help me to figure out what is the problem?

I managed to solve te problem by myself. Swip IC on the box so it works perfekt
