Why Magic 3D Easy View Work in Demo mode?

Hi to all.
I've download and install Magic 3D Easy View.
At first time, with my usb controller DMX, i am able to work whit it, but now the application work only in demo mode.
My USB to DMX Interface is the Velleman k8062 / VM116 (512 channels) and the version of Magic eD is Dec 13 2010.

Of course you cannot use our software with another manufacturers hardware. Otherwise that would mean that we would be giving away our products for free.
