Post by raystream »

hi

what hardware (cpu, graphic card) is recommended for easy view.

i would like a min. of 20fps for advanced rendering in high or max settings with enabled shadows.

With the latest EasyView, the DMX recording and rendering are made in separate steps. This produces a smooth playback even with an older processor or graphics card.

Basically the faster the processor and the more grapahics memory..the faster the real-time visualisation will be.

i know faster cpu and better graphics card will give better performance
but my question was which cpu and graphic card are for a normal/little stage?

normal/little stage:

4-6x moving head
2x acls bars
4x sunstrip
4x led rgb bar
12-20x par64
1xstrobe
6-8x fresnel spot

i know when i want to visualize more lights i need more power.
which hardware setup would you recommend for visualizing this stage?

It all depends on the amount of object's you're using. If you want to visualise those fixtures in real time with movements, a stag, a few musicians and some truss. An NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M 512 MB would be the minimum spec you'd need.
