Software does not see STICK

I just bought a new STICK to install on a project and I am having a strange problem after installing the drivers and software twice.

When I open the sunlite suite it goes directly into demo mode because it does not see a dmx device. However, the computer recognizes the device perfectly. I even used tools.exe to update the firmware on the STICK to 1.13.

Any ideas? I am using Vista and the newest version of the software available for download. I also have tried running as administrator and two different usb cables and ports.

You cannot use Sunlite Suite with the STICK. It is part of the Easy Stand Alone product range. The STICK is designed to be used with Easy Stand Alone Pro.
