LED lights all flash RED at random intervals

I have 2 sites, that each have STICK controllers. The LED lights are different at the 2 sites. All the lights will flash Red at random times. Usually only once every few days or longer. Any ideas? Thanks, Kevin

Hi Kevin, this could be a problem with:

-LED drivers
-a mistake in the show
-incompatible DMX timings

Download the latest ESA Pro beta here:

Open the included tools.exe and update the firmware of the STICK. If this doesn't solve the problem, try some of the DMX timing presets (also found in the tools application, check that you also write the timings to universe 2 if you're using it). Failing this, email me your show.
