Touchscreen freezes

Hi

My STICK is still working via the remote control and via USB but no longer via the touchscreen.
Show reloaded, but still no use.

Any idea?

Check that there is not a lot of pressure behind the STICK and check that it is mounted flat
Update to the latest firmware as there may have been some optimizations
Reset the power

If it's still not behaving we will need to take a look at it, send me an e-mail and I'll give you some instructions to set up a return
