I am working on an existing installation with a STICK KE1 controller. it has been installed for a number of years. there are 18 DMX Lights Connected in the line. im having an issues trying to connect to the controller via USB. im running Windows 7 64bit. when i plug in the USB a window comes up saying devices installed and then it comes up that it is not recognised. ive tried using the following softwares to interface with the controller 1)ESA Pro 2)Easy Stand Alone 3)512 SAVI Original. i can only start the softwares in Demo mode.
Also when i disconnect the USB from the controller, the unit freezes. i connot change colours or use the scenes. i have to reset the power going the unit to get back functionality.
