We try to install the sw Magic 3D easy view from CD rom and even from SW on the Sunlite website. Both of them gave ERROR when we try to run this application!!!.

I am guessing you are trying to use this with ESA Pro seeing as you have posted in the ESAPro forum?
The visualiser is included with ESAPro, you just need to click the 3D button on the ribbon bar, you do not need to install any other software.
