control length of a switch activation during cycle

You must put another element to switch the switch OFF. This can be done by:
-hitting record and switching the switch OFF
-holding control, right clicking and dragging the switch, going to the element settings and selecting 'OFF'
-duplicating the ON element, going to element settings and selecting 'OFF'
