In the pallet editor, if you are doing a pallet per fixture or fixture type and focus is a parameter for the fixture, it should appear as a parameter that you can set for that pallet entry

At the moment there's no focus control in a generic palette. The reason for this is because a generic palette doesn't store a DMX value, it stores a property such as iris 50%, zoom 20 degrees etc... In the SSL profile it's not possible to set a focus distance and therefore there's no property to store in the generic palette.

The solution is to use a standard palette per fixture (with the white palette icon). you can then set the focus at the bottom of the window.
