General Dimmer problem with multi-head fixture

I have an Elation Event Bar which is a moving pinspot fixture with 4 independent heads.

The mode I am using for it uses 12 channels: pan, tilt, dimmer x 4

The page dimmer works correctly, the master dimmer works correctly but the general dimmer on my console does not work correctly. The general dimmer only dims the first dimmer. How can I correct this?
