EasyView problem with Showtec Kanjo Spot 60

For the Showtec Kanjo Spot 60 there's 2 EasyView problem:

-The pan tilt doesn't work
-The gobo are visualised as the gobo icon numbered (even when i modifie the gobo icon).

Is it possible to have a small patch that will solve the problem, really need it.

When i say i need a solution it means that i'm a professional that has deadlines, and who bought a software which is supposed to work and is professional also, so i would like at least an answer on my problem, i'm stuck and time is passing...
