No DMX

Hi,

I'm using a DMX SIUDI8 interface and it seems to work with the software SUnlite Suite2, but when I try it with my working DMX rig it seems to send strange DMX signal as all my DMX spots go crazy and don't answer to any command and some of them light a led indicating no dmx signal...

I have a console running the show at everything works ok, if I disconnect the dmx output of the console and connect the SIUDI I can't control my spots and some of them go crazy and others show no DMX signal...

I updated the firmware and did the IN-OUT test and everything seems ok.

Any clue?

Do your fixtures work ok when you move the faders on the test tab in the 'tools' application?

Hi,

I have the exact same problem.

Firmware updated to 1.08 with latest Sunlite suit 2 software.

Light does not responce even in the Hardware tools program.

Download the latest software version
Open the included tools.exe
Update the firmware
Go to the DMX timings tab and write the default timing preset
Reset the interface
Test with the test tab of tools
