SLESA-U8 don´t work anymore

Hope someone can help me...
I have a SLESA-U8 interface and up to now it have worked very well with no problems.
Suddenly it is impossible to trikker the HE 10 ports. Normally the port 1 and port 2 is activated by a rely.
I can change the scenes with the 3 bottoms of the box.
Hope someone can help
