Would like to be able to interact with others on the forum

Is there any way I can interact with other forum users so that I can figure out an issue or work through some programming?

I tried to post a new topic but the admin won't let it happen? (seems counter productive to getting n active user forum going to me...but what do I know, I have only worked in the industry for 20+ years, including 15+ at Martin professional, helping to build one of the best user groups around with the Lightjockey....)

Help, please, or is there a secret handshake?
