Easy View - Transferring shows onto new computers

Hiya,
I am having difficulties transferring a show from one computer to another. The save show opens up fine on the new computers. We can load the .ev2 file in Easy View no trouble but the links back to the lights don't work. I.e. I can select lights/effects/colours and i get nothing in Easy View.
Initially it was saying i couldn't find the patches, so we populated the Scan Libaray folder with the required .ssl2 files for the fixtures so now we do not get that error. But still no lights.
Any help is much appreciated.
