I write you this email because I need to know how do I proceed in this case:
We have bought a Sunlite Package 2-3 years (serial 5430105 EC) ago and now it has a problem. It does not work properly because if you put only one machine on it it work but with interference on it (lamps flickers) if you link with other machines nothing works. So we have tried with an other USB interface and the same machines work properly on the same laptop. So the interface has an malfunction and need repair if its possible at all. We do not know where the problem could be derive from. We are a small entertaining group and use sunlite to control all DMX machines that we have. But now it does not work.
What schould we do next? Send it to you? Or any representation? Please inform it is urgent because at end of may we need the software working.
