Problems with DasHard2006

Hi,
I,m trying to use DasHard2006.dll with Delphi, but I have problem executing DHC_OPEN command. It always returns -1.
Is library up-to-date or I'm doing something wrong?
All applications in developer kit are not working (no dmx interface detected), Easy Stand Alone is working fine with SLESA-U5 usb-dmx interface.
Do I need other libraries?
