USB 512 interface connection problem

Hi guys, I have a problem with my interface; at one moment I can't to connect the computer with the interface. I hav tried istalled the easy standalone software and the driver. In the drivers list there is write usb driver unknow. Can you help me.

Go to the driver list, and with right click, reinstall the driver.
Just direct the PC to the place you have your Sunlite CD, and look for the folder Driver
