.dlm file specifications

Hi

I'm still working on a conversion from excel data --> ESA .dlm showfiles.
would it be possible for me to get the file specs from you guys?

Hi,

The dlm files has an proprietary format, and we don't give the specifications.

And I assume you guys did not plan to build such an application on a short notice...?
