triggering by keyboard shortcuts

Hi everybody.

I need a little help concerning triggering the szenes by keyboard shortcuts:

Since which version of ESA ist this feature available?
In the sunlite manual library (http://www.dmxsoft.com/manuals) the two manuals (Easy Stand Alone & Easy Stand Alone 2008) note this feature. But which version of ESA is described in the first manual?
The Screenshots look like a version earlier than Nov 10 2007. But in version May 14 2007 i can't switch on the keyboard shortcuts. Does anybody know how to trigger the szenes by shortcuts in May 14 2007 version?

And this is my big problem:
I'm using a USBDMX2 interface. The latest version of ESA which detect my interface is seemingly version May 14 2007. But i need the shortcut-feature.

maybe there is another freeware supporting my interface?

What is this interface "USBDMX2 interface"?

By the way, it is poossible to setup a shortcut key with both software version and you must read the Easy Stand Alone manual not the 2008 version. I have tested it 10 minutes ago and it works perfectly.

It's a "low cost" USB-interface manufactured by "Soundlight".

Yes, i know that it is possible in both versions the manuals describe, but in version May 14 2007 i can't activate it. In the second tab "Editor" there is
no way to setup shortcut keys for the szenes. I don't mean the shortcut keys for the faders in the Tab "setup".

But I can't use a newer version of ESA because it doesn't support my USB-Interface.

You must click on the "Trigger" button to open the right window

hm,... either I'm too stupid or we're talking about two different versions.

I think, it's right that you can trigger since version NOV 10 2007. This version doesn't support my interface.
But I fear that you can't trigger in version MAY 14 2007. This version supports my interface.

From the Editor tab, select a scene, then click on the 5th button of the toolbar (right above the scenes list). It will open the Trigger window where you can setup a shortcut key for the selected scene!

... but there is another problem,... sorry!

After setting shortcut keys I change to the "user" tab. But there are no keys marked and i can't start the scenes with my keyboard.
